EPCM10 services are intended mainly for business clients (legal entities), but in case of requesting offers by individuals, which resulted in a contract with EPCM10, we specify that this contract will not be governed by GEO no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals and, implicitly, neither the possibility of exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring other costs.

Any request for quotation sent to EPCM10 sent via contact form or at office@epcm10.com shall be followed by a reply within approximately 10 working days. EPCM10 reserves the right to request additional information before making any commercial offer. As soon as EPCM10 has all the additional information and the customer will have accepted the offer, a contract will be concluded in which it will specified the following: price, deadline, rights and obligations of the parties, liability clause and any other information relevant to the good development of contractual relations.

Except for when it is expressly provided, the intellectual property rights in all materials on this website are owned by EPCM10. You may download, print and temporarily store, for your own use, the pages that appear on this website. The use of these pages or their contents for commercial purposes is prohibited. DATA CONFIDENTIALITY.

EPCM10 SRL, CIF 37380871, headquartered in Bucharest, Romania and EPCM10 – UNIPESSOAL LDA, CIF 516431200, headquarters in Viana do Castelo, Portugal, ("EPCM10 or the Controller") undertakes to comply with the provisions of the respective personal data protection legislation, of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR") and has the status of data controller.

For the purposes of this:

  1. “personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more specific elements of identity its physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social;

  1. "data subject" means an identifiable natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifying element, such as those listed above (name, location data, etc.);

  1. “processing” means any operation or set of operations performed on character data, such as the collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or making available in any other way, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;

  1. “controller” means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data;

  1. "processor" means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the operator;

  1. "consent" of the data subject means any manifestation of the free, specific, informed and unambiguous will of the data subject by which he or she accepts, by an unequivocal statement or action, as personal data concerning him or her to be processed;

EPCM10 is responsible for the processing of personal data collected directly from the customer or user.

Personal data are processed in accordance with relevant European and national legislation, in particular the GDPR and its principles:

  1. Legality and transparency of data processing: data are processed only in accordance with the law and only in a transparent manner; thus, EPCM10 undertakes to any natural person (either client or representatives of legal entities), to use its data legally, correctly and to inform it accordingly of any relevant changes in this regard;

  1. Proportionality: the data are collected within the limits necessary for communication, for a personalized offer, for concluding and executing the contract and for the issuing the invoice related to the contracted services; any other data, which requires the consent of the natural person concerned, will be indicated accordingly, depending on the circumstances (e.g. to improve the quality of services);

  1. The right to intervene: provided that you do not abuse it, you have the right at any time to examine, modify and delete personal data provided for the purpose of processing;

  1. Purpose of the data processing: the data are used strictly for communication, for formulating a personalized offer, for concluding and executing the contract, for issuing the invoice for the contracted services and other purposes that cannot be foreseen at the moment, but will be announced in advance by to EPCM10;

  1. Data security: the operator has implemented a series of reasonable data processing security measures, so as to protect personal information as well as possible.

Your data will only be used for the purpose of processing (defined above) and, if you agree, for direct marketing purposes.

EPCM10 has the right and interest to transfer personal data within the group for internal administrative purposes, including for the purpose of processing personal data of customers or employees.

In addition to the above, we inform you that we may disclose your data in compliance with the law, to business partners or other third parties and who are processors of personal data. We have contractual clauses with these third parties so that the data is protected. In these situations, we will ensure that any transfer is legitimate under the law.

For example, we may provide personal data to other companies, such as IT (cloud, hosting) or telecommunications service providers, accounting, legal services and other third parties with whom we have a contractual relationship. We will also be able to provide personal data to the prosecutor's office, police, courts and other competent state bodies, based on and within the limits of legal provisions and as a result of express requests.

The transfer of personal data to a non-EU third country can only take place if the state to which the transfer is intended provides an adequate level of protection.

We take the necessary measures to protect the data of data subjects from unauthorized access to personal data, as well as from the unauthorized modification, disclosure or destruction of the data we process in the current activity.

The rights of the natural persons concerned, according to the GDPR are the following:

  1. The right to be informed about data processing;

  2. The right to access the data, materialized by a confirmation from EPCM10 regarding the processing of data, if applicable. If the natural person concerned so wishes, (s-)he shall also have the right to access those data;

  3. The right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;

  4. The right to delete data or the right to be forgotten;

  5. The right to restrict processing;

  6. The right to transmit data to another controller ("right to data portability");

  7. The right to object to the processing of data;

  8. The right not to be subject to a decision based exclusively on automatic processing, including the creation of profiles with legal effects or similar significant effects;

  1. The right to go to court for the defence of personal rights and interests;

  1. The right to a complaint before a Personal Data Processing and Protection Supervisory Authority (from the domicile of the natural person concerned or from the headquarters of EPCM10 from Romania or Portugal). 

In addition to the above:

  1. If you wish to exercise your rights, you may do so by sending a written request, signed and dated to the following e-mail addresses: 

  1. The response to any customer's request regarding his or her data or this information will be formulated and communicated electronically within one month. If it is necessary to extend this period, we will inform you in advance about this.

  1. If, as a result of our diligence, we are unable to identify you or provide you with sufficient information to identify you, EPCM10's obligation to comply with the request will lapse.
